Support the work
Lobbying, legal review, and testimony cost money that member dues do not always cover — particularly in a session where several bills move at once.
Where donations go
The association is funded by its members. Donations go to the same place dues do — keeping a registered lobbyist in Annapolis through the session, and getting shop owners in front of the committees that decide what Maryland retailers may sell.
If you run a Maryland shop, membership does more than a donation: it comes with a vote on the association’s positions, a listing in the public directory, and compliance alerts the week rules change.
Make a donation
Online donations are being set up as part of the move. In the meantime, contact the association directly and we will arrange it.
